How To Get Free of Pimples

Everyone gets pimples even once in lifetime. An estimated 60 percent of all people between the ages of 10 and 35 have pimples outbreaks at some point. Pimples can flare up at any time and unfortunately 50 percent of them leave a scar behind.

We can define a pimple as a tiny little infection in the skin pores a disorder resulting from the action of hormones and other substances on the skin’s oil glands and hair follicles. Pimples are small, hard, red eminences of the skin, rising gradually and then disappearing after light suppuration. A pimple begins to form when cells clump together causing a plug. Then the excess oil being produced starts to build up behind the plug.

WHAT CAUSES PIMPLES:

  • Increase production in hormones “androgens”
  • Pregnancy
  • Certain drugs
  • Greasy cosmetics
  • Changing hormone levels
  • Stress
  • Poor hygiene
  • Increased oil production
  • Inflammation
  • Pollution
  • Bacteria
  • An improper deit
  • Clogged pores
  • Genetics

Pimples can affect everyone, no matter races or ages. Around 60 percent of the teenagers get pimples but some people in their forties or fifties continue to have outbreaks.

HOW TO TREAT PIMPLES:

The best way to treat pimples is to follow a strict skincare regime every day.
Cleansing your face two/ three times a day with appropriate for your skin type products is crucial. There are many specialized acne cleansers, astringents, exfoliators and creams containing benzyl peroxide, salicylic acid, glycolic acid and glycerin that cleanse your skin in deep and “dry out” the pimples. Benzyl peroxide is a mild drying and peeling agent which is thought to help keep pores from clogging. Some products on the market can potentially be both drying and irritating to your skin.

Avoid using drying products containing harsh products because they can increase your likelihood of experiencing skin irritation. Nowadays there is a wide range of different cleansers for every skin type, from normal to sensitive.

The main purpose of the facial cleanser is to gently clean your skin without irritating it. It’s crucial to select a cleanser that is appropriate for your skin type. If your skin is oily or combination it must be stronger, more drying containing oil-absorbing ingredients.

Remember overzealous cleansing of the skin can lead to irritation of both normal skin and acne lesions.
If you have pimples it’s essential to use a toner. I recommend you to choose a toner containing alcohol. A tonic containing alcohol will dry the pimples but use it carefully. Use specially designed tonics and lotion for oily and acne prone skin. The lotions and the tonics speed up skin cell turnover, dry up the oils and promote sloughing of dead skin cells. Before applying , gently wash the affected area with a mild cleanser, then pat dry. Apply to the affected areas of the face or to the whole face

Always remove your makeup in the evening and apply pimple-fighting medicine to remove all the impurities, oils and makeup residue. Not removing the makeup at night is the biggest deadly sin of skincare. It can be very damaging to your skin? the makeup clog your pores and breakouts may occur more frequent and most importantly your skin won’t be able to breathe.

Most of the people prefer to squeeze or pick at a pimple because they think that it is the best way to get rid of pimples. I don’t recommend you to do that? squeezing a pimple causes the pimple to become inflamed. When squeezing a pimple you can easily spread the bacteria to other parts of your face. In more than 75 percent of the cases squeezing leads to scars. Squeezing pimples sometimes may even leave open holes on your face, that are very difficult to remove later.

Make sure that all of your skincare products and makeup cosmetics are noncomedogenic and nonacnegenic which means that they won’t clog your pores, cause breakouts and pimples

Tips:
  • Avoid squeezing a pimples doing so may cause infection and scarring
  • Establish a strict skincare regime to prevent breakouts
  • It can take up to a 4 week for a pimple to disappear completely.
  • Do a clay mask twice a week to keep your skin clear clay mask work best for skin that is prone to pimples
  • Avoid eating oily food.
  • Never touch your face with dirty hands.
  • Keep yourself hydrated drink at least 1.5 liter mineral water.
  • Always use oil-free cosmetics.
  • Early treatment is the best way to prevent pimples scars.
  • Always remove your makeup and cleanse your face in the evening.
  • Avoid using products containing harsh ingredients.
  • Avoid applying foundation while there is an acne breakout.
  • Keep your makeup brushes clean.
  • Throw out old makeup products.
  • Pimples often indicate the presence of acne or chronic skin disease.

Tips for clear skin

If you are looking for radiant, clear skin,You will need daily skin maintenance and be wary of a over doing when following these simple skin tips

  • The most basic of clear skin tips is to WASH your face. You should use a mild antibacterial soap that is designed for the face. Antibacterial soaps will kills the bacteria that causes pimples. You should wash your face every morning when you wake up and also wash it every evening before bed as well. This is the easiest of the skin tips.
  • When you are styling your hair, you need to be very careful. You must make sure that hair spray and hair gel do not get on your face. If you see girls with a concentration of acne on their forehead this is one tip they miss out on.

  • Do not pop your pimples. It can be satisfying to pop pimples, and the temptation is certainly there. However, it is crucial that you follow this tip if you want beautiful skin. When you pop a pimple, the squeezing causes the skin around the pimple to become bruised. It won’t be bruised like a black eye, but there will be a slight discoloration. Also, when you pop your pimple, you spread around that bacteria on you face. This causes more pimples to form.
  • Moisturizing is very, very important.its a must to moisturize after you wash your face.

There are a few skin tips that you should avoid.
  • Some will advise you to wash your face up to six times a day. This can dry out your face. Dry skin is not clear and beautiful skin.

  • Another tip that is commonly promoted is to scrub your face. You need to be gentle when exfoliating. If you scrub your face too hard, you will force your pores to excrete oils as a protective measure. Those oils will clog your pores and cause acne.

How To Remove Makeup

It is very important to remove all traces of makeup before you go to bed at night, regardless of how tired you are. Leaving eyeshadow and mascara on will not only result in streaks all over your pillow, but can make your eyes puffy and sore the next morning. Leaving other makeup on your face is also bad as your skin will be unable to breathe so can result in breakouts and irritations.

To remove eye makeup it is best to use a proper remover. If you have sensitive eyes you can buy specially formulated kinds which are not irritating to the eye but still remove the makeup.

However, if you still have problems, many people recommend using baby oil or baby shampoo to clean makeup off your eyes. It is very gentle and doesn't sting or burn. Just dab some over the makeup then rinse well with water. However, when cleansing makeup from your eyes, you should always be gentle, especially as the area of skin underneath your eyes is very delicate.

For cleansing the face of
foundation and blusher etc, you should use a facial wash which removes makeup, or special facial tissues/ wipes which also do this job. After you have removed all traces, rinse your face with warm water to get rid of any soapy or cleanser residue, then dry gently with a towel.

PRIMERS : what is it all about?

There is a general assumption that using a primer is something only professional makeup artist do.

Just like you prime a wall before you paint it to guarantee a smooth and seamless finish, you should prime your face before you apply foundation. Primers are a relatively new concept in the makeup industry (they became popular in the last couple years) and you'll notice they've popped up everywhere. They actually work much like a moisturizer under your foundation does: they ease the application of foundation and are meant to create a barrier between foundation and skin.

I believe primers go one step further than moisturizers: They'll even out skin tone, help your makeup stay on longer and absorb oil with salicylic acid.

Other benefits:

1. They allow foundation to "stay put" in hot weather.
2. Help prevent skin from absorbing talc and pigment from your foundation as well as preventing talc from drawing oil from the skin.
3. They contain botanicals such as lavender, orange, jasmine, rose, geranium, grape, kiwi and aloe extracts to soothe and refresh the skin.

Great primers include:

types of foundations

These days, there are many types of foundation available, from thick creams with the consistency of concealer to light-as-air tinted moisturizers which creates an even skin tone with just a hint of color.

Thicker, drier makeup covers more, but it's harder to blend. With light makeup, blending is easy, but it's harder to conceal skin's imperfections.

Foundations should do more than even out skin tones and conceal blemishes; it should also makes your skin appear stronger and healthier.

Now i give you a list of several types of makeup foundations.

Tinted Moisturizer
This offers little coverage just to even out your skin tone and relieve dry skin.

It is perfect for softening and protecting the skin while adding a hint of foundation color.
This makeup is also ideal because you don't have to put on moisturizer and then foundation: it's a one-step process.

Mousse or Whipped Foundation

Mousse makeup is liquid makeup with air whipped in, making it lighter and smoother. It comes in a spray or aerosol-type can, like whipped cream or hair mousse.

Whipped foundation is good for all skin types, but it's especially nice for those with dry or aging skin because of its tendency to go on smoothly instead of caking up in facial lines.

Liquid Foundation
This is the most common type, you'll often see liquid makeup in waterproof or smudge-proof or even 24 hour versions. But these specialized cremes contain oils and waxy ingredients, causing some sensitive wearers slight skin irritation.

If you start having problems with breakouts when wearing waterproof makeup, switch to a non-waterproof type and see if it helps.

Many companies are creating foundations made with organic ingredients such as essential oils, vegetable oils and minerals instead of chemical dyes.

Cream-to-Powder Foundation
This is one of the most interesting and popular foundation options. It goes on as a liquid, but dries to a powder finish that minimizes oil and lasts all day.

You'll find cream to powder makeup in compacts that look like powder or in tubes or bottles.

The big draw is its easy application and the fact that you don't have to put on powder for full coverage.

Minerals
Minerals are the latest thing in makeup. Their popularity has come about in part due to the fact that the foundation has very few ingredients, and those being inert minerals, tend to be perfect for people with allergies or sensitive skin. Brush on minerals with a big, puffy brush, building up layers of nearly-invisible powder. Advertised as a "soft-focus" look, mineral makeup has been compared with the airbrush in creating a flawless appearance.

Do a comparison to find the best makeup for your skin, you could try several types.

Also ensure u check for expiring date and be careful when buying products on sales.

Basic Tips To Maintain UR Nails

Most frequent complain from my clients on their nails is that its too soft and it breaks easily.

These few tips have worked over and over for me, am sure it won't fail you.

#To harden soft nails, soak them in warm olive oil for about 20 minutes, on alternate days.Pour the oil into a bowl. Dip that bowl into hot water as shown, then soak your finger nails into the warm oil.

#Whenever you wash your hands, while bathing as well as otherwise, make sure to dry the nails properly and apply a hand cream or lotion, using it on the nails as well. This is because soap makes the nails dry and brittle.
All these won't work if u keep biting your nails so STOP!

3 don’ts of make-up

1. Never line your brows and lips with black pencil.

v Use only brown brow pencil in a shade that blends and not standout. Line your lips with either flesh coloured lip pencil or the colour closest to d lip stick you are about to apply.

2. Never apply loud eye shadow and loud lip colour at d same time.

v Note that less is more; draw attention to one feature per time. Flashy eye goes with colour nude lip and vice versa

3. Never use a lighter foundation to make your face brighter, you will end up looking like you have a facial mask on.

v Note that a foundation should blend uneven skin not lighten your skin and it must disappear after use. If you feel you skin is darker than natural, combine a lightening cream with sun screen to prevent burn. When you get the desired result upgrade your foundation to a lighter colour.
