HOW TO WEAR RED LIP

Red lips will always be hot, so here is how we combine it with loud eye makeup and also with mild eye makeup.
Please note that RED comes in different hues and undertones. Orange, wine, blue and pink hues are featured above.

3 basic rules to note when wearing red:

1. Line inside of lips, Red lipstick tends to bleed, so fill in lips with lip liner first.

2.Apply the color with a lip brush for even, precise application.

3.Lipstick on the Teeth?"The moment you're done applying your lipstick, take a q-tip, pop it in your mouth and pull it out. The q-tip gets rid of all the lipstick on the inside of your lips, so when you smile it doesn't get on your teeth,"
